Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Voucher Validity - Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. - Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended.

2. Redemption - Gift vouchers can only be redeemed via email - Vouchers must be used in a single transaction unless otherwise specified. Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be used to purchase other vouchers.

3. Non-Transferable - Gift vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual to whom they were issued. - Any unauthorized reproduction, resale, or transfer of vouchers is prohibited.

4. Balance and Refunds - No change will be given if the full value of the voucher is not used. - If the purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, the balance must be paid using other accepted payment methods. - Refunds are not available for purchases made using a gift voucher.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Vouchers - Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded. Treat vouchers as cash. - The company assumes no responsibility for vouchers once issued to the recipient.

6. Promotions and Discounts - Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with promotional offers, discounts, or loyalty rewards unless otherwise specified.

7. Cancellation and Exchange - Gift vouchers cannot be canceled or exchanged for cash or other items once issued. - Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited after the expiration date.

8. Fraud and Misuse - The company reserves the right to reject a gift voucher if there is suspicion of fraud, tampering, or other unauthorized activity.

9. Amendments - Premalaya reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. - The most current version of terms and conditions will always apply.
