Create. Connect. Recharge.
This two-night retreat invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and immerse yourself in creativity and wellness. Guided by Perth-based emerging artists, each bringing their own lived experience and unique practices, you’ll be warmly welcomed to a safe and inclusive space where connection and healing unfold naturally. Whether you’re a wellness seeker, a creative spirit, or simply needing time out to restore, you’ll find this a place of warmth and belonging.
What’s Included
Your weekend begins with a cosy welcome by the fire, complete with a playful Halloween gathering and an indulgent tasting by boutique winemaker Dream Bird Wines.
Over the following days, you’ll sink into three beautiful workshops: hand building with clay alongside ceramicist Tate Orsini; sound healing and crystal garlands with Grace King, who invites you to explore sound and texture on a deeper level; and abstract art with Jackson Smart, whose Artstory process helps us express emotion and story through colour and shape.
Between sessions, you’ll have time to rest, connect, and enjoy the natural beauty of Premalaya. The retreat centre offers shared or private apartments surrounded by trees and salt air, each with spacious living areas and access to six acres of tranquil indoor–outdoor spaces. To deepen your experience, a complimentary group ice bath and sauna session is included, with additional wellness sessions and nourishing vegetarian dinners available if you’d like to add them.
Optional Extras
For those who want to explore further, optional yoga and breathwork classes, reiki treatments, extra sauna and ice bath sessions, and catered vegetarian dinners can be added to your booking. Premalaya’s resident practitioners and retreat artists are here to hold space for your individual journey.
Why This Retreat is Unique
Unlike many wellness getaways, this retreat is led by artists with lived experience of disability. Their perspective shapes the program in powerful ways—making it truly inclusive, grounded, and supportive. This is a space where self-connection, peer encouragement, and creative healing come together.
Pricing and Access
Shared apartment rooms are available at $770 for two nights, while a full private apartment (for four to five people) is $1,500.
For Yallingup locals, day passes are available to attend individual workshops at accessible rates.
This retreat welcomes adults of all ages and backgrounds—disabled adults and allies, wellness seekers, and anyone curious about connecting with themselves and others in a nurturing, creative space.
